Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for event organized by Orientouch/ Touch Music Live, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Contract Formation and Final Sale

All ticket purchases constitute a binding agreement upon completion of payment.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.

2. No Refunds, Exchanges, or Cancellations

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under all circumstances related to the ticket holder, including but not limited to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, inability to attend, transportation issues, or other individual reasons.

Inclement weather does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund unless the event is officially canceled by Orientouch / Touch Music Live.

3. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If the event is canceled or materially rescheduled by Orientouch / Touch Music Live, a refund policy will be communicated directly to ticket holders.

Orientouch / Touch Music Live shall not be liable for any indirect costs incurred by ticket holders, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other associated expenses.

4. Event Modifications

Orientouch / Touch Music Live reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including but not limited to artist lineup, venue, schedule, production setup, or other operational arrangements.

Where applicable, material changes will be communicated via official channels. Any refund rights, if applicable, will be determined based on the nature of the change and in accordance with applicable law.

5. Ticket Availability, Inventory and Allocation

Ticket inventory, seating allocation, seating categories, and ticket types are subject to availability and operational management.

Availability may change at any stage of the sales process due to operational requirements, including but not limited to production holds, promoter allocations, reserved inventory releases, or payment timeouts.

No guarantee is made that all ticket categories, price tiers, or seating options will remain continuously available throughout the sales period.

6. Seating Allocation and “Best Available” Principle

Where applicable, seating is allocated based on real-time availability at the moment of purchase confirmation.

Due to the dynamic nature of ticket sales, seat availability may change during the purchase process, including situations where seats are temporarily held in other customers’ carts pending payment completion.

Unless explicitly stated on the ticket, no specific seat, row, or section is guaranteed. Tickets are sold based on category rather than fixed seating selection.

7. Ticket Categories and Benefits

Ticket categories (including but not limited to VIP and general admission tiers) may differ in seating allocation, access, or benefits depending on production configuration and availability.

The composition, allocation, and availability of ticket categories may vary during the sales period as part of normal event production and ticketing operations.

8. Admission Conditions

A valid ticket is required for entry. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

Orientouch / Touch Music Live reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who violates venue rules, safety regulations, or security requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orientouch / Touch Music Live shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from ticket purchase or event attendance.
