Terms and Conditions for Event Tickets:

By purchasing a ticket for event organized by Orientouch/ Touch Music Live, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Refunds, Exchanges, or Cancellations

• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Change of personal plans, scheduling conflicts, or no-shows.
• Inclement weather unless the event is officially canceled by Orientouch/ Touch Music Live.
• Transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Event Rescheduling or Cancellation

• If the Event is rescheduled or canceled by Orientouch/ Touch Music Live, a refund policy will be communicated directly to ticket holders.
• Orientouch/ Touch Music Live is not responsible for additional costs such as travel or accommodation expenses.

3. Changes to the Event

• Orientouch / Touch Music Live reserves the right to make changes to the Event, including the lineup, venue, timing, or other details. If any such changes are initiated by Orientouch / Touch Music Live, a refund policy will be communicated directly to ticket holders.
• Any changes will be communicated through official channels.

4. Entry Conditions

• A valid ticket is required for entry. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
• Orientouch/ Touch Music Live reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who violates the venue’s rules or poses a security risk.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
All ticketing platforms selling tickets for Orientouch events are subject to these terms and conditions.
